It's ok to walk away. Protect your heart. Protect your peace.


Sometimes we have to walk away from people in our lives we love dearly. True healing means losing people along the way who don't support your journey.


But we don't walk the healing path for others, we walk it for ourselves, to become fully who we were made to be.


Walking away teaches others what we will and what we won't accept in our lives. It teaches others how we expect to be treated.


It isn't punishment. It isn't selfishness. It's setting boundaries that allow you to embrace a new and more fulfilling life. And often those empty spaces are filled with just the kind of relationship you've been waiting for.


It's ok to be done. Give the hope you hold for others to yourself and your own journey.

Walk away with love.
