Welcome!

I am a student of all faiths and an Ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church.  I earned my Associate's Degree in Psychology and my Bachelor's in English Literature with a minor study in History.  I am a credentialed Education Specialist with the state of California and I spent 10 years working in the field of Special Education.  I adored my time in the field, however after my chronic illness progressed, I resigned and began looking for a new path where I could use my skills, training, experience, and knowledge to help others.  

 

I began blogging about my personal journey to recovery from Childhood Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence.  I began hosting a podcast about healing, recovery, and wellness.  I believe in Transformational Healing and want to show other Survivors that healing is possible, that they are not alone, and that their worth and value never diminishes because of the harmful choices of others.  I wanted to be one of the voices that spoke up to show by example that it is more than possible to move from Surviving to Thriving and truly Living.

 

But I felt called to do more.

 

I began working in the field of Life Coaching.  I am a lifelong learner and strive to share my knowledge and experience with others through compassionate service. 

 

I am now a Transformational Life Coach and Personal Wellness Consultant. 

 

My goal is to work with others who feel lost or stagnant, uncomfortable in their bodies, and unhappy in their lives and to teach and guide them on their personal journeys to healing, self-love, and fulfillment.
